I think all the replies focus on the parts of their selves instead of a part of a woman. In my case, I will enumerate the parts of a woman that I envy as is intended in the original question.

1. curvaceous figure/contour of the body, especially hips, breast and slim legs
2. slender/oval face including double eyelids, large eyes and voluptuous lips
3. small and slender fingers and nails
4. narrow and slim shoulder
5. long and straight hair

I am not sure of the question. Are you asking what part of a sexy woman we already have or what part we do not have but want? If it is what I want and do not have I would have to put a vagina on top of the list. If it is asking what I have and how I rate it I would have to say my best asset is my legs.
