About to start with the process

i recently decided that i just dont want to continue living as just a crossdreser, and i already have visited a terapist for about 2 months and it says that i can start with the process, the mainn problems is that i dont want to start with this process in my country because the medical service is not what it should be, so i wanted to know since i have the posibility to travel, in wich country it will be better to do the change?

Do you have a list of countries you can/want to travel? That way it will be easier to sort it out.
