No this is not about stopping your transition or any thing like that.
Okay so I was watching Mythbusters today ( one of my favret shows)
my sister came in the room and asked when I was going to stop watching These stupid guy shows.
So I got thinking why should I so I like some shows that more men like then woman.
Dose that mean I shouldn't whatch. Would I be questioned if I were a gg watching Mythbusters or football baseball etc. (if I liked sports).

As far as I am concerned, you are you, and you don't have to change what you like or enjoy in order to conform. Watch whatever you like! :D

considering all the tv shows / movies my wife likes that I don't like (she loves action and violence!), and my daughter likes car racing and sports I don't think you need to worry about it. I still like jet boating and watch videos and lurk on jet boating sites (though I think most of my old jet boating friends would not want anything to do with me and would just assume drown me now)

One of the ways I think about gender dysphoria is the search for integrity as the expression of truth as "form"
If you "act like a woman" according to others have you now not violated the very thing you were searching for to express and live, which is the essence of self?
Many of the problems come from imposing on ourselves anothers definition of what is proper behavior.
In my opinion this should be strongly resisted.

I think it's amazing just how many GG's don't realize that a lot of other GG's enjoy guy stuff as much as some guys do.
Things like sports and "guy" shows on TV.
Once the season starts, try putting up with a college Football game and have a hard look at the spectators and count the ladies supporting their team at the game to make the point. If they didn't enjoy the game in some way, then they wouldn't be there.

I like "Car Talk" on NPR I don't care if it's not girly enough those guys are funny! I know very little about cars BTW

That's a Myth that things are 'guy things' and things are 'girl things' . Try not to read anything into it, It's her perception of what a guy show is.

I agree fully. My wife often says "Now that you are a woman, you must...." and expects me to act just as she does. I may be a woman, but I am still me, and I still like and dislike things. I feel more free to express some of those likes and dislikes, such as I can now watch shows about fashion, and make comments, without people having "suspicions" about me, LOL. This does not mean I have to watch only fashion stuff, or quit watching Mythbusters (which I love). This really has been one of the harder battles with my wife, getting her to understand that I am not a clone of her, I will accept her advice, but I am not going to blindly copy her....................Stephanie

Yep. Some very feminine women love sports and traditionally "guy" shows. Means nothing I think other than "supposeds."
