So, I know I'm a beginner...

Today for the first time since starting HRT (18 mts) I managed to get my act together to head out jogging, in an attempt to go from 77kg/169.8 Pounds/12st 1.8lb to 65kg/143.3 Pounds/10st 3.3lb.

Now, as I have not yet gained much upper growth I tend to not use a bra unless I need to look good - I know I will hate it the day I have to. ;)

Only after 10 minutes jogging I had "upper" pain - I assume you understand where, is this something normal? I am always a little bit tender... :/

Welcome to puberty, it only happens once.... well for most people.
It only gets worse, or better depending on how you choose to see it. I didn't mind the pain too much but as pot hole season started, it is just painful.

They make sports bras for a reason. :)

When I run I ALWAYS use a sports bra. If I do not have my breasts supported they hurt RIGHT AWAY. If I am only walking I can get by with a conventional bra. My breasts are starting to outgrow B cup. When I drive or ride in a car I have to have a bra due to the jiggling and the 3 point safety belt. Unsupported breasts, especially ones that are developing, hurt when running.

Yep, I do have sports bras - darn, I was hoping I could get away without for the time being. Bras are probably the most hated garment by both men and women. Well, we'll see tomorrow when I head out again, did about ten miles yesterday.

I do not mind wearing a bra. I love my developing feminine body and figure and I will do whatever it takes to treat it right.
