how long before when she is expected home to you get changed back into male mode? For me, it's usually around 30 minutes before, just so there is no argument because I got distracted.

Depending on what she's doing or where she is, I usually give at least that 30 minute leeway. If I feel uncomfortable about the timing, I leave even an hour before I believe she's coming home to have been cleaned up and put away. That way I can be doing something useful when she arrives home.

When I had a situation like that I would allow at least half an hour.

Way back in the mid 90's, I would take it all the way up to about ten minutes before she got home.

Allow the 1/2 hour after fully drab. And don't do anything during which you may doze off.

As a retiree with a working wife, who does not drive, I always pick her up at work. No chance of her coming home and finding me en femme unless I'm dead. I always make sure the only things I have to put away are the things I was wearing.

If I was in this situation I would leave things to the last few mins.... I would just lock myself in the bathroom and say just a few mins more to clean up and I'll be out.

I usually leave about 30minutes to an hour, depending upon what I was wearing and how long I had the opportunity to dress. I make sure I don't leave anything out that wasn't out before and I put everything back in its place before she arrives home.
