So with my newly found confidence with my bare legs I made no attempt to hide them at the family Easter celebration. There we all were sitting around the patio table when my mom busts out with, "Do you shave your legs?" I said "Yes I do". "Why?" She said. "Because I like it." Was as simple as I could put it. Not another word was spoken about my legs after that. What a boost.

That's the way to be. The thing I am jealous is you being in Tx, and being able to sit around the patio table in bare legs at this time of year. Oh the memories.

The next step is painted toenails.

Next it will be "Are you wearing a skirt?"
"No, it's a pair of one-legged shorts!"

What is it about people and getting all shocked over shaved legs. I know we ain't nothin' but mammals...but body hair is kinda overrated to me #JustSayin'

I still don't know why people feel they have the right to know about that sort of stuff? Its a fine line between being interested in someone and being nosey. If you asked them about something to do with their body, would they respond in a similar tone or give you a blast in response?

The only thing I see wrong with casual Easter in the warm states is putting on a new Easter dress and sashaying around.

Reminds me of a conversation I had with my daughter a year ago. She spotted my hairless arms.
“Dad! Do you shave your arms?
“Yes”
“And your legs?”
“Yes”
“And your body?”
“Yes”
“And even your………….
“Errrrrr no!”
“Why Dad?”
“I don’t like to be hairy”
She never mentioned it again.:)

I have hairless legs, and asked the question on occasions.
The answer is no to all types of removal although I did get disgruntled once and said I rub weed killer on them.
I was then asked what type?
Arrgggghhhhh!

Its sooo funny when people ask a question like that.
Once in the swimming pool, a complete stranger asked my H what happened to the hair "or lack of "
on his legs.
He replied that it just all fell off one night, and never grew back.
The man replied " oh really " ?
lolzer......

A great answer!! Perfect way to handle that question.
I keep myself shaved, and last Summer at a pool party, a friend of mine shouted this question for all to hear across the whole pool area, "Who does your waxing?" I responded simply, the same pretty little Asian girl that paints my toenails!
(the pool is a great place to show off painted toes you know!)
Just be yourself I say!

How far do you do you go with shaving and would you reveal more about yourself if she asks more questions or discussions come up? Would you let family see you in casual fem, like crop tops and capris or jeans etc?

Probably a better answer than "I lost a bet" lol
