You can do without the scarf,but a bit of makeup for your shadow would help.

Isn't that a great feeling to set aside something like a scarf to show more skin? I first bought turtle neck tops and sweaters when I started going out. The first V-necked tops scared me a little. Now I love that look and hardly ever where anything that covers up my neck area. Next thing you will start doing is creating and showing a bit of cleavage. Good luck and enjoy.

this is why i go out by my self went out with a friend and she RUSHED ME and did the mAKE UP IN THE CAR it did look a lot better in person the room was dark and cameras just maganifies shadows peroid LOL
