What is it like to go somewhere and dance, be asked?

One thing i have never done, dressed as a lady, is go to a lounge or club, or go where i would be asked to dance. I am very much a private loner, these days, and don't like being around a lot of people, and don't trust many, and don't like being where alcohol is. And, being six foot ten in 4" heels, would be gazed at, pointed at. I am content never doing it, but a little part of me would like to go out and do it once. Any of you shy about it, too, and those who do go out to clubs, do you go alone? I don't like clubs, to be honest. Too darn loud!

Alice, one of my first forays as Leah, I went to a small bar in a nearby town. The town was quite small as well. I ordered a drink and was immediately asked to dance by a farmer that was well into his cups. It was difficult remembering that he was leading, not I, and laughing at myself, remembering the line about Cyd Charise doing everything Fred Astaire did, only backwards and in heels. After the dance, I hastily downed my drink and exited. My heart was pounding as I left, evidently from fear, but I can laugh about it now.
I would like to try it again in a nicer establishment, with a clientele that was accepting of us.

Ohhhh this is one of my favorite pastimes these days. Going to one of my favorite dance clubs in Dallas almost every couple of weeks and have found the best reset butgton to life ever. I've been fortunate to have a very good GG friend who is a professional dancer who taught me a LOT of great moves, and how to look good on the dance floor. Shes come out with me several times and I lose track of time every visit... I'm enjoying it that much. No worries finding, or being asked to dance either. Never ever thought I would enjoy it so much :)

When enfemme I love to dance, but my two left feet cause problems. When endrab I avoid the dance floor at all costs.

I have had guys ask me to dance at a club and its nice.
I'm no dancer so I watch the girls and do what they do.I did have one older gentleman ask for a slow dance he was very nice and he was a great dancer too.
If I am with a bunch of GG friends I don't get asked very often.
