Hi I am just wondering on the best ways to tell my gf something,
Ok well I've been with her for 16 months madly in love with her, i have worn womens nighties since I was a kid, and I have tried to beat the urges before, but I just enjoy it so much,

Ok so the question is,
What would be the best way to tell my gf I want to wear women's nighties around home and when going to bed?

If anyone can tell me any advice on how to do it let me know,

I would just tell her you have a secret you wish to share with her.Be open and honest.
It may freak her out and it may not you just never know.
If she is very religious good luck explaining it to her.

Also, I recommend doing it, BEFORE you fall madly in love with someone.

I would tell her that you have always liked the comfort of women's satin pajamas when going to bed.
That usually fits well. Later change it to nighties. She may already agree with you.
