Monday doctors appointment

:eek::straightface:Well its time that I get things started...I have waited long enough.I am going to have a sit down with my doctor and explain what I feel like what I want to become. I have been (for the most part) been hiding my true feelings for a long time even though I have been dressing more wearing women's clothes for a few years. I have desided that I can no longer live like this ....so my journey will start on Monday. I have told a lot of people over the last couple years now(mom,friends,wife,cousins....) most are cool with my crossdressing soo now for the next step. A bit excited..hmmm what should I wear(still a bit cold and still snow on the ground)...a bit nervous....which shoes/boots to wear.... Overall I feel good.:D

Hi Mary Ann,
I feel you for sure. I am in therapy for the past four months and for the first time I said out loud the words that have been echoing in my heart for my entire life, “I want to be female”.
Up to that point I have been trying to convince myself that I am “only” a crossdresser. I suppose this made it somehow easier to know that I can be either masculine or feminine as the need arises.
You go and do what you need to feel whole. Best of luck.

Congratulations! I have my blood test for hormone levels first thing 2moro and hopefully start hrt by the end of the week. So excited! Hooray for us! Isnt it exciting?

I have many fond memories of Edmonton but that city sure does get cold in the winter and the mosquitoes are as big as small airplanes.

Be careful with the cowboys in that town.

Just got back from my doctors appointment :D I was more relaxed than I thought I would be and the doctor was great! She was very supported and will find a doctor who has GID experience. She seemed quite happy to help out and not shocked at all. After the appointment I went shopping at Sears and purchased some tights,a small purse and two sport bra's. Oh what a great feelings:heehee:
