View Full Version : Yes I dress like an apple, but I'm an orange, so what?

Many oranges are scared to leave the kitchen looking like an apple in case they are found out. Other oranges actually are apples and do everything they can to become apples throughout and life hard, but is good, others want to be part time apples and some just want to show off how much they can look like an apple.

...so what's my point? Just that it doesn't matter if you are an apple or orange as long as you are not sitting on the counter slowly rotting away like an old banana. ...you know the one, its got a few bruises on it, but keeps getting passed over for the fresher ones until its the last one and by then its got more bruising so nobody wants it...

Today is the day you can improve your life....just be careful, if you want to be part of an apple salad you might not want to be mistaken for an orange...but sometimes fruit salads are good. I hope that helps...don't tell me I'm bananas!

Yep! you're bananas, but you do have the right outlook.
You do have to make the decision to go out even if you are a duck.
We can't all be swans.
Practice what you want and when you have it right, go for it Chickie.

Yes, and remember that one bad apple can ruin all the rest! Now, is that a tree or an oak?? Hmmmm......

So... to thine own self be true? Harm no one? Get right in your own head?

Okay, then.

Blessed be.

Chickhe...love this! I think this is the part where some of the fruits will tell us they're not gay.:heehee:

Asked my wife what was a cross of two fruits. She said needed time to think. Later she came back and said at least I did not say ugli fruit. :heehee:

I'm more of a lemon myself, not quite in the salad.

I suppose being a fruit is better then being a vegetable!

That's a good analogy, Chickhe! Part of me is an orange, and part of me is an apple. Together we make...quite a pear. (Amy grins, ducks, and runs) :D

I'm a navel orange, but when I add a couple of canteloupes and some dressing I might be mistaken for a Granny Smith. Darn banana and grapes!

Be careful, some fruit salads have nuts in them.
All of you are sooooo funny. Thank you for brightening the beginning of my day! Steph.

Don't slam the lowly old banana. That's what's you need for banana nut bread. See? Something for everyone and everything.
