I just saw a post where someone mentioned shaving from the neck down(you know who you are too). After processing that visual my curiosity has been piqued. I was blessed to be nearly void of body/facial hair. So I only shave my body twice a week. I mean I shave everywhere! I do leave a cute little sculpted strip down there. Any methods/tips out there ladies? Love & kisses,

It'd take a lawn mower and a full weekend to shave me, It's been done and sure enough it felt like heaven... for about 24 hours, then.... Yeeaaaaaagh ! No fun.
Waxing.... Is the way forward. It hurts but the hair grows back from new without the sharp cut off ends.

Incidentaly (I know most girls know this) it's the blunt cut of ends that make hair growing back from shaving look twice as thick as it was, as un shaven hair is thin and pointed at the end, not fat and blunt.

If I do it again, it'll be waxing, back sack and crack

:D

Darlena, oh lucky you.

I love the sensation on my skin when I have fully shaved. Its sensual heaven. I enjoy shaving with a beastly razor when I am in the bath. After I have pampered myself with the soap suds I set about removed every piece of body hair.( I exclude my head hair from the description 'hair'). I call this methodic routinemy 'eunuch style'. After the top to toe shave and I have dried off I dust myself heavily in scented talcum powder. the feeling afterwards is delicious.

I know, I know Grrrlfriend! Dipilatories aside.(stinky/messy) If you can be trusted with sharp appliances, that's the way. It's a ritual in the bath tub for me. Hmm, I'm surprised that there has been so few responses to this feminine grooming thing. Hmmm! :strugglin

I don't want to split hairs with you on this one but i am surprised too. I expected an avalanche of tips and advice.

In particular I wanted advice on mowing my front and rear lawn. I find my muff hair the most problematic.

I think the solution is for each of us to have a full time coiffeurist. a slave with sole repsonsibilty for keeping the pest at bay.

I guess defoiliating the nether region is just too sensitive an area to explore for the other girls. Hmm...

every two or three days and I like to do it, just rubbing my smooth body feel so good. I don't have to shave my underarms, and leggs as there is NO hair there and hasn't been for 6 years. I shave in the shower with lots of soap and a new razor. Takes about 10 mins and it is worth it, afterall what girl wants hair under her bra.

Darlena, if I am hearing you right then you are curious about the Lotus area on us Girls.......
(1) Trim the area, not too short (Don't want Porcupine hairs).
(2) Use a Bikini shaver to shape the area, Basics are (Center Strips,Round, Triangle pointing down.
More difficult but prettier are Heart shapes, Flowers, etc.
There are other sites on the web that actually tell & show how to shape the Lotus(mound), try it out.
(3) Practice,Practice,Practice.
Good Luck Hun, enjoy your journeys into young womanhood........:)

Nair/Veet is another option. I've shaved/waxed/naired everything at one point or another, and the toughest spots are your bits and pieces. You can do it with Nair, but BE CAREFUL, and don't leave it on for longer than five minutes the first time. If this doesn't get everything, wait a couple of days as your skin needs to heal, before you try it again. I have pretty durable skin, so can usually leave it on about eight minutes with no problems, but be very careful.

But, if you want the ultimate, wax!

Cheers,
Sedona

Lovely avatar by the way Darlena.

I'm currently locked in a battle with my body hair. I hate it!

My hair is black and thick, so I end up with a sort of "five o'clock shadow" immediately after finishing (either with a razor or with Nair or Veet). I like the Veet better than Nair, though, as is smells marginally better. It's just that even though I feel really smooth, the hair is still visible.

I'm thinking hard about having everything waxed (arms, legs, back, etc).

Hi all,
I find that a good long soak in the bath with the water as hot as possible with a good qaulity shower gell, and then a sensative skin shaving gell and a good sharp triple blade razor does the trick and will last a good 3 or 4 days.
Be carefull with the deoderant afterwards as some are alcholol based and can sting the freshly shaven areas.
Love to you all

I am overdue for shaving. I usually start around october when I stop wearing shorts when working outside and on the cars. One year, I went to the store with shorts and shaven legs, thinking that everyone would notice. No one said anything and it felt great! Silly me to worry so much!

This year has been so busy and stressful. And I like to shave in the bath tub, but no baths right now. I just got a tattoo. Yes, I've been naughty this year.

Monica Dearest, I feel your pain.(OW!) If you have a 5 o'clock shadow use concealer. Comes in a little pink like tube. Just like a foundation cream. Use it as a last step in your make up routine. You are very welcome. Love+kisses,

I also shave everything except my arms and head. And use either shaving cream or hair conditioner as a lubricant. For my arms i bleach the hair using the cheap blonde hair color for the dollar store. Makes them more fem and this technique can be used on your legs, when you have to wear summer shorts in male mode but still want to wear a dress in fem mode.

I had some irritation issues with shaving until I found this link http://velvetdragon.com/etc/shave.html. Ever since I don't have any problems with shaving
