I have spent the last week traveling on business. Not planning on dressing I did no bring my wardrobe. Once I arrive in Illinois I decided to dress.

On the first day I went shopping. To think I used to get nervouse window shopping when I was just walking by a womens clothing store. Now I walk in and browse like any other shopper. No one say boo and I am always offered help. The girl at the shoe store saw me sizing my foot and assisted. She for some reason assumed I wanted the womens size as that is what she read aloud. She explained the sales to me and we talked about current styles.

I have been out every night. Last night I went downtown and felt completely comfortable. On another night I went to a casino and played at one of the tables. Everyone was so accepting and friendly. There are always a few men that give that strong browed look which tells me they are either stupid or are insecure with there masculinity. Men! I have noticed that women are more likely to talk to me when I am dressed than when I am not. I met a few women who chatted with me for over and hour and we swapped beauty advice. I seem to have more to offer in the nail department but they always offer great makeup advice.

The next shopping experience will be to a cosmetics store for a lesson and makeover. Anyone have a favorite they want to recommend?

I tend to lean towards Mac.
Glad you are having a good time.

Great experiences! I've had similar responses from women...it may be wishful thinking on my part, but often I feel they really enjoy our company.

I disagree. I had to learn calculus in college. I knew it. (made an A) It was never easy. I worked hard to forget it.

Not everything is easy once you know it. Shopping on the other hand.....well I need more practice, and soon.

that is awesome. there is nothing like being able to get away and enjoy what you love. for foundation, I would recommend Dermablend if you have a shadow, but MAC for everything else. Enjoy yourself.
