View Full Version : A "passing" Q sorta, for the Florida ladies...

and maybe the Cal and Arizona ladies possibly. This really is only pertinent to ladies who seemingly do "all they can" to pass. I see photos here ALL the time with 2 tone arms, truck driver's tan, call it what you will. Maybe this IS a common thing everywhere? I have lived in Florida for 54 years and have yet to see it...ever... so when I see pics here like that, they almost "scream" man in a dress. NOT a big deal if someone isn't trying to "pass" as a woman. People do often ask for HONEST opinions here when they post pics.

Don't they?

Is it a common site in most places, perhaps, and it only jumps out at me because I never see it?

It is why I go to the tanning salon often. It is the only way I could get rid of that farmers tan. No the GG's here never have that. I don't either. (anymore)

I have the bikini bottom tan and very good one at that. However, I am retired and work it. For those that work or are outside with shirts on to work in the yard or play golf, taking the shirt off in those situations is not common, thus, the golfer's, truck driver's and farmer tans. To avoid it, one has to work on it, especially when one is outside a lot due to work or life style. It is understandable for all. Not everyone has time to bring the pale areas up to speed with the constantly in the sun areas.

(Is Colorado allowed?? If not contact the Mod and she will delete it :))

Here we have 300+ days of sunshine a year too >:) And when I made it a point to go "out" I started to go to a tanning salon. I hated the Farmer's tan look and now that I wear sleeves of different lengths I can't have a line now can I? Like Allie I have a bikini tan (mostly because I thought it would be sexy...for whom I have no clue). But the reason you don't see women usually with the tan arms, white shoulders, is they wear a myriad of sleeve lengths, even more they wear camis and tanks. Here you cannot golf in a shirt without a collar. Thus there are two women I know who do have a golfer's tan line.

Here in Colorado, the common tan line is tan face from skiing :)

I always make a point when I'm in the sun and wearing a short sleeve shirt to roll the sleeves up past my shoulders or wear sun block on my arms. I absolutely hate having a "farmer's tan" as we call it in Illinois.
