My SO and I have been many times to a nightclub where there were many gays, lesbians, and heteros who are open-minded. None of the GGs minded my SO using the ladies room, in fact all the Drag Queens were using it as well. This type of environment is the friendliest towards anyone who engages in cross-gender expression.
