Twenty two days ago I got home from the pharmacy. I sat at my kitchen table with a small white paper bag. Rarely in our lives can we so perfectly pinpoint a moment when our lives change forever. Joy, uncertainty, and relief simultainiously.
Best of luck, and may your journey always be smooth sailing.

Please return your seat to full upright position. Make sure your seatbelt is fastened tightly and keep all arms and leg inside your seating area. Do follow all instructions given and ask if you have any questions. You are about to embark on one hell of a ride. Good Luck!

That is wonderful news Maiko. I began my hormone treatment about 10 weeks ago and I hope that your experience and your transition go as well as mine has gone so far.

Hi Maiko, some people such as actors think that it is bad luck to use the phrase "good luck", so now I just tend to say "have fun". In this case you should definitely start having fun :D

Maiako congratulations on the beginning of your journey. I have been on HRT for a few months and it is such a wonderful experience. Be sure to enjoy each new change and understand that this journey lasts for several years with different intensity at various points. If a negative side effects is noticed understand that everyone before you has also experience the same thing. You are fortunate to be close to Phoenix and Senza Pelo Med Spa and Maria for electrolysis who is a big supporter of our community.

Thank you all your kind word~~

May I ask when will I start feel the psychological aspect of changes? I know the physical changes take month to start...

The psychological changes depends a lot on you and your level of GD. Just give it some time to work we are all different.

What I heard as that injection causes more mood swings but eventually is the most effective way for drug delivery. Is it true? My doctor gave me patches because she thinks they are safer...

I don't think my AA injections have caused mood swings, but when the nurse is not very careful, they can end up being a literal pain in the rear

2 weeks of t-blocker and eostrogen. Ive always been moody and depressed. Ive found this week whilst still moody, the down swings aren't the yawning pit of despair they used to be. I do wonder if this is the drugs or a placebo effect associated with sorting my life out. Not much help i guess sorry. cogito ergo sum! Suppose I'm saying just go with it, the changes will come and good luck! :-)
