You start by carving out some "me" time when nobody is around and then dress. If you can't do that you underdress. That is how I survived a long period where I had to travel as a part of my job.

I am always cross-dressed to some extent. I usually wear women's slacks, shoes, and socks. I wear a camisole under my shirt, and the men's shirt is more like camouflage. I usually wear a man's jacket, which my wife calls my purse with sleeves. In the summer though, I usually wear a lighter women's jacket - with no pockets, and carry a purse.

When I was transitioning in 1990, I would do the same and my girl-friends would pick me up at work, drive me home, and order me to get dressed (like I needed to be ordered :-) ). I would then change into something really sexy and pretty, usually a short skirt, hose, heels, a corset, and a satin top. Then we would go out, or I'd cook dinner, or we'd go to a meeting, or whatever else was planned. Later we would "party" and have some wild and kinky lesbian sex for a few hours. Sometimes we'd fall asleep in our kinky outfits.
