In Philly, I think you would like Sisters. It's located in the downtown area, near Juniper and Walnut streets. It's basically a lesbian club, but all kinds of people can be found there. Thursday night is the best night; weekends are also good. I've been there often enfemme and have always been treated well.

I would say go to Jacques Cabaret in Boston. This weekend is GLBT pride weekend, so it would be a great time to go.
