All my dresses and skirts are knee length or slightly longer so I was very pleased when my wife gave a black mini skiirt for my bisthdat today.Wearing it now with a red blouse.It barely covers the tops of my nylons.:)

My wife and I long ago stopped giving each other presents because we were wasting money on things the other didn't really want. We just get what we want (if it's expensive, we discuss it first).

I really like the longer skirts or dresses because the are more age appropriate for me and cover my padded panties, but if your wife bought you a mini skirt, she probably thought it would look good on you. I hope you enjoy it. Be sure to thank her and tell her how much you love her and appreciate her tolerance of your dressing.

Congrats on having such a loving wife! Mine thinks the same way yours does: she thinks it's funny that "I'm going to slip into something comfortable" can mean such totally opposite things! She gets comfortable in sweats and a T shirt; I get comfortable in a bra, pantyhose, skirt, blouse, and heels! She wears sweats to bed while I prefer long gowns - don't care for babydolls though!

Went shopping yesterday went to K-Mart where my wife bought my birthday mini skirt.Went straight to the womens area and she took me to the rack with the minis on.I bought two more and luckily they were on sale.I know how I am going to be dressed after my daughter goes to work.:)

Really? Do you REALLY like to see the pantyhose control tops? Not me, I think that totally ruins the effect. Stocking tops... maybe, because stockings are often sexy indeed. But I can't find much sexy about the reinforced tops of pantyhose. That's why I wish the sheer-to-waist styles came in PLUS sizes.

I once had a job at a health club type place back in the 1980s. Some women wore regular pantyhose under their leotards... yuck! :(

Somewhere just today, online, I found a comment about STW pantyhose saying, in effect, that you don't want to "ruin the look" of great legs in a short skirt by seeing the tops of your pantyhose. I wholeheartedly agree. :)
