Unintentional compliment

My boss is a vey attractive petite woman who I get along with quite well. On the way back from the drinks machine another woman was walking in front of us and my boss said she has put on some weight I commented her skirt does her no favours either. She stopped looked at me and said OMG you are a bigger bitch than me, she will never know it was a cpomplment as she as me down as a big macho guy
