I am a debater on atheism/theism and go to the religious section sometimes to debate. [There are some very nice Christians there!]:)

Anyway I wanted to improve my debating skills so I found the best debating site there is online for this subject.

Just as I was about to register I thought ‘why not register as Suzy?’
Two weeks in and I have made a name for myself already. I have got lots of nice comments [and one or two nasty ones] for Suzy.

As I am transgender I feel that I am being honest [up to a point] and also I feel more comfortable debating as my female self.

No one has hit on me yet by the way.:heehee:

You can be anyone you want to be on the Internet. There's a good side to this and a bad side, but it's not going to change so we might as well go along with it.

Have fun!

People accept you for what you appear to be on the net.
As long as you can have a great discussion who cares.
Suzy, I say go for it.

You can be anyone you want to be on the Internet. !

Which is pretty much my point in almost every argument about 'labels'.

Obviously you are free to do whatever you like, but the whole idea of pretending makes me uncomfortable. I prefer to know who I'm corresponding with.

For some reason I'd be petrified trying to debate you. Lynn Marie just doesn't argue my dear. She's the perfect lady!

Yeah, sure she is. LOL So what other fantasies is she claiming?

I am a serious debater of atheism/theism.
I am also transgender.
I am suzy.
They know who they are dealing with apart from my physical attributes.
I don’t use my picture as my avatar. [just a sun flower]
This is a serious forum about an important subject not a porn or dating site.

I do not feel uncomfortable with that, why should I?

No critique Suzy, just a personal preference.

I like things to be upfront. I suppose it's my reaction to living a lie for so many years.
