This is some thing I thought of after remembering reading of about one CD who was a model and used a string to hide her piece when she had to wear a swim suit.
On to my solution using Dow corning 732 caulk in a line about ¼” wide 8” long with a loop at one end on a piece of glass ,as per picture do not stop and restart the flow needs to be continue without a pause for strength make a few the rounder the more comfortable to wear for hours.
At room temperature it will take a week to cure strong enough to use.
Take a razor blade to scrape it free of the glass put the end in the eye of the loop, place the noose over the head of your member tuck the balls as you pull the string end between the cheeks of your behind. Have some panties ready to help the situation. Now the most feminine panties will look good no mater how well endowed. The downside that once fully dressed its hard to dislodge this to pee it takes some trial especially with nails.
