I don't know about better, but you get more comfortable doing it.

I get better with makeup and the various tricks I use to look more feminine so I would say yes!

Without a doubt yes. Practice makes perfect not only in the techniques but also in self confidence.

Absolutely, yes. You learn from each experience what works and what does not. I have learned so much from every outing; from hair, makeup, clothing, mannerisms, etc.

Of course it's true. Seems sort of obvious doesn't it?

Yes, Yes and did I say Yes. As the others have said, you gain confidence in all aspects of dressing, but more importantly, your interactions and conversations with others while out becomes natural and not forced. It's been my experience that people I meet become totally disarmed and the fact that I'm dressed is a non-issue.

Only if you use each outing as a learning experience. Think about what you did, think about people's reactions on seeing you, and take photos if possible.

Doing the same thing over and over won't necessarily make you any better at it.

Yes, as long as you keep learning from your experiences. Like any other skill, you will get better only if you "practice" better!

I am less skilled with makeup than I used to be, as I use it so seldom. My clothing is getting less fancy. But at the same time I am becoming more accepted and perceived as female.

Most get better at it, but there are always a few exceptions.
