Not a logical comparison

I see all the time on different topics where MTF crossdressers make an comparison/argument why is it fine for women to wear pants and short hair while it's frowned upon by society if men wear dresses, wigs, makeup, etc.. The problem with that argument is the women wearing pants, short hair, etc. aren't trying to look like the opposite sex. They are not trying to pass for their opposite sex. While wearing traditional masculine type clothes they are not wearing fake mustaches or sticking something down said pants to appear to be male. I'm sure GG's who would wear fake facial hair and stuff their pants get the same type of cultural rejection.

Crossdressers are trying to look and act like the opposite of their biological sex. We wear breast forms, remove body hair, etc. It escapes me why the comparison of it's fine if women wear pants is ever brought up.

And this subject has been beaten to death and is one thing that has really been banned as a discussion. So before it gets into a flaming match over who gets to wear what and why, I am closing it

That is a hoary old subject that is dragged up here week after week.
It makes interesting reading to see all the different findings that seem to change each time this subject is dragged up.
