Suzanne's night out!l

Last night my wife and I went out in San Francisco again . We went to the Marina district with another couple who I came out to a few months ago. It was the first time they had been out with me as Suzanne. It was late afternoon and we had coffee and did some window shopping. This was my sixth trip out in the world. Sure a few people took a second look but for the most part I was just another woman. It feels so wonderful to be in the world as Suzanne. My friends were sweet and supportive. Again my wife was so loving and helpful. Later we dropped off our friends as they are not late night people. My wife and I then decided to see a late movie. The theater is in a mall not too far from our home. It was very bright and there were several people in the concession line. I went through the line and the concession workers were pleasant with the cashier saying thank you mam. It was challenging but so rewarding! It was thrilling to be out! I had a black skirt with a purple top with small floral print that had a hint of pink. My toe nails and finger nails were painted to match the pink. I had cute sandals that showed off my pretty toe nails. My wardrobe is imoroving. Oh I almost forgot my new lace front wig. It is red which I would have never imagined. It looks so natural! Thanks so much for all your advice and support here. Especially AllieSF. I have never felt so free to be me!

I am very lucky. It has been an amazing four months! I hope I am getting better each time out. It feels that way. I need to slow down now and be patient. There have been ups and downs as my wife and I have faced this together. She has been so supportive. However she has struggled at times also. The friends that know have been supportive also. Some along with my mother were shocked. Anyway I am happy and optimistic for the future!
