No, I see no point in a self imposed time out.

Perhaps, while you are at it, you might try scourging yourself with nettles, or maybe sleep on a bed of nails? Sorry, I'm watching British mysteries tonight; brings out the virago in me.

Nope. I only take a break when forced to do so by circumstances beyond my control.

No, I only take a break if I feel my "So" needs more masculinity from me. In the case of the last month we where moving in together. I didn't dress the whole time as she was having emotional turmoil. I was just there to take care of her 100%.

I never plan on it but sometimes it works out that way.

Hi Sherry, I can't imagine a self imposed holiday from dressing.

I can't ever imagine taking a self imposed Holiday from dressing.
It is part of me, I enjoy it and it really does not hurt anyone.

So not going to happen. It does happen at times because of other
issues that come up in life, But I don't ever see it happening self imposed

I don't dress every day, but going two weeks without dressing would have to be because of a natural disaster.

That would be like taking a break from eating. It isn't going to happen. Daviolin

I can't see any reason just to stop dressing for a set period. What does it accomplish?

There are times when I can't dress for a week or more at a time but that's because I'm away from home, visiting friends or relatives, etc. No problem, I'll still wear my panties and dress up when I get home.

The breaks I have taken were for guilt-purge cycles. Always came back to dressing. Won't ever go through them again. Love being a girl just to darn much. Problem here is just not enough opportunities to dress and get out.

I dress a lot less in the summer time. The weather is too warm for the petticoats.

Yes. I am only a part time gurl, and I enjoy my guy time as well. There are certain things I prefer and enjoy more doing as a guy. For me it seems to be cyclical. After I get tired of dressing, I'll spend time as a guy until I want to dress again.

Usually a break occurs because of other more interesting things happening at the time.
Sometimes lack of tome due to work pressures puts a hiatus on things as well.
When I was younger a new girlfriend meant that I shelved dressing until the novelty wore off.
That happened frequently until I shared a house with three girls.
That put the cat amongst the pigeons. :)

I had the grandson here the week of the 4th, then this past week was way too hectic. I finally got the totes out of the locked closet last night, and not a minute too soon! I hope I NEVER have to go that long in drab again. Eeewwwwww!

I have to agree with that too!!

sure but i don't deliberately decide for this given period I won't dress. Sometimes i just lack the interest or sometimes i just have too many other things going on for me to really desire to do it. There are times that i may not want to dress but i may be looking at clothes i may want or something like that. That's why having pictures are so nice, there are times i just like to look at some of my pictures from past dressing opportunities.
