Hi Girls,

I have actually have 4 pairs of forms - and I love them. It's funny when I ordered my first pair, I thought - well if I'm going to get breasts I should go big! So I got what, with my frame, ended up being G cup breasts. They weren't totally outrageous as I was pretty overweight at that time. I've lost a lot of weight and as I've lost I've successively been getting smaller size forms. It surprised me to find that smaller forms actually felt much more natural-perhaps its because I'd love to have real boobs someday and realistically they won't ever be more than a C cup so that's the size forms I have. When I dress en femme the forms are the first thing I put on. They don't look super realistic but they actually feel amazingly real to be worn which I typically use a little medical adhesive.
I love to sleep with mine on as well. It just feels kinda normal.

Hi Jordan, I dream with good pair of real boobs..

Every time I take them off, I wish they were real. I have 4 pair, like a couple of people below, I bought really big ones, then had a hard time finding bras that would fit them. Then I got a smaller pair, I mostly sleep with them on, They are pretty old and smaller that I like to wear when dressed, so I figure if they pop, it is ok. Then I found the pair I like to wear out. Perfect for my frame and I love the feel and fit. Just makes me feel like an attractive woman. Then I have to take them off and I am so sad and wish I had gynomastia or accidently they somehow developed. The worst part is not being able to feel when they get touched. that would be all the reason I would need in the world for them to be real.

I estimate that now, after two years of HRT, the volume of my breasts is more than yours. But no-one seems to care (other than my partner, and possibly my mother.) No stares, no rude looks, no huge smiles -- not even when I wear a top that shows through the shadow of my aureola. If I were working in physical job I could imagine getting treated as not macho enough, but I would get that reaction even without my bust. Yes, I do get a noticeable bust fold in my tops, but people do business with me just fine.

Would I have some degree of difficulty if I had to swim topless in public? Yes, but that isn't something I have to do, ever. Swim-shirts are still available, I am sure.

I still enjoy both male and female personas, so having real boobs would make problems for the former. Good breast forms satisfy me

I love being able to wear my breasts and then be able to "put them to bed", at the end of the day...or night.

I'm a full 34B and a size 6, my breasts are like baseballs on my chest now. Breast volume is not a good comparison, a 34D is equivalent to a 38B. If you seen to people one with 34D and the other with 38B breasts who would you say has the bigger breasts? The 34D of course. If you have a larger rib cage it is easier to have breasts and look normal, but I'm petite and measure 30.5" below my breasts. It is very hard to make my body look masculine.

As for swimming there's a reason I just bought a new bikini.

Quite right. I now measure at exactly that, 38B. If I photograph just my breasts in closeup, they are apparently large, but on my six three 165 frame they are only somewhat noticable when I am in drab. Not that it matters to me if they are anyway...tee hee

Jordan I wish constantly that I could grow the real thing. Yes I know that it's common to want something with all your heart........till you get it. Grass is always greener and all that, but with me it's like a part of me is missing. I have no forms and probably won't be getting any,(good ones anyway), but I DO have enough moob to fill an A cup or a nicely padded B.

I embrace my low T levels as I'm a pretty slim 6'3" with very little flab except there, and find that as I mature, (49 years old), My skin is naturally softening and what little body hair I had to begin with is going away. It's almost like my body is saying it's ok to go ahead and be Barbie.

I've been wanting to post to this thread for a while but for some reason, every time I start I get scared that the right words wont come out. Heck I'm trembling as I type this. Anyway the short answer is "Constantly"

Thanks for the thought provoking subject hon :) Hugs

How many of us use breast forms and at the end of the day wish they were the real thing I do all the time. I so wish my boobs were real and the bras I wear were required to be on all the timeI second that emotion. I'm petit with itty bitty real ones. I wish they were bigger.

I wear bras all the time since I have breasts that are starting to overflow my B cup bras. The great majority of time in public I present as a man, but no one has ever teased me for having breasts. About the only thing anybody has teased me about has been my deep masculine voice.

Johanna

Now I have gone to C cup bras, and they fit me about the same as B cup bras did back in August 2013 when I did the above posting. The breast growth pains are more intense than before so I think it will be only a matter of time before I go to D cup or larger.

And no, nobody ever makes me feel uncomfortable for having breasts.

When en femme, I definitely have moments where I wish I actually had full, beautiful breasts of my own, but when in guy mode, it's probably a good thing I don't. ;) SO -- I use breastforms mostly. However... recently, I've been doing some experimenting and have found that with tape, those silicone bra enhancers and a super padded demi bra, I can pull off a pretty convincing b/c cup! :) Can't decide which is better...

I think a lot depends on your physique and how you present in either mode. I have decent size man boobs (B-C cup) and I wear a bra most of the time, partially for the support and partially because I love wearing one. I feel naked without one on. Nobody has EVER said anything about them, period. I am not self conscious about them at all, they are part of me, so what? I will say I get some second looks if I am wearing a snug fitting T shirt, but thats about it. I would love to have bigger ones, not massive but just a cup or so more. Getting in the way? It comes with the territory girls, part of the fun for me.

Sure, boobs, real or not, are great when dressed, and it is totally amazing when you actually get fitted properly with prostheses by a professional fitter. The problem is the cost, with the very best forms costing mucho dollars, so I'll have to stick with my (very nice) home-made girls. The fitter took some time with a special chest stick-on and makeup to demonstrate to me something something which proved to be amazing and that is cleavage. Aside from having my own real hair beautifully coiffed I don't think anything has femininsed me better than the vision of exposed "cleavage". The sticky thing whicxxhwas pretty comfortable and it came off really easy in the end and didn't leave too much of a mark. I wish I could remember the name of the product.....But cleavage got me dozens of positive looks....really fun when I got used to it..

Though I don't think I would ever transition as I am happy being in the middle I have been taking a low dose of hormones most of the time for the last five or six years, and have very slight breast development though I would like to someday get to a good "A" cup set of Moobs, and I have never been interested in getting or using prosthetic breasts because the look isn't as important as the feel and sensitivity. So though it's not for everyone I'll keep on the low dose of hormones I have a little growth that's not excessive, but keep the added sensitivity and what the hormones do for my mental health, as even at lower doses they really do align me more physiologically with the gender state in my head.

I have made forms, bought forms, stuffed bras, tried things I can't mention here. Finally gave in and spent a few years developing real breasts you can't beat the feeling and you can't take them off but I don't want to. I don't care who notices or what they say anymore. Love my breasts.

I have had man boobs all my life. Was tough when young. Now I love them and so does my wife. I have used pumps to make the bigger but is only tempory. I would like them bigger currently a full
B cup I and wife would like them a C but that might be to much considering I am mostly in male mood. I found out that the medicine I have taken for years is what probaly gave the breast. I was on Tagamet since I was 11 and that is a side effect. Anyway I love them. I would consider a low does of estrogen but not going to approach a Dr since I don't want to transition just get a little bigger in the chest.

where is the best and cheapest place to purchase? The Breastfrom Store (http://www.thebreastformstore.com/?sc=CA#ad-image-0)

While I can't exactly vouch for 'best' or 'cheapest', I can say that I have purchased two pocket bras (which I LOVE), and two sets of forms and have been *completely* satisfied with everything. I HIGHLY recommend them. If my 2nd pair ever need replacement, I am most definitely ordering from them again...

You may say that now, but once the novelty and fantasy wears off, you will find little if any advantage of having them.

Two years in, there is unquestionably an advantage to my mental health. And as I transition further, larger breasts/implants than I currently have would be a very useful "cue" to people to properly gender me as female.

A couple of days ago, I wore forms for about 2 3/4 days straight, except to wash them and wash my skin. I ended up with some sores, some from rubbing and some from sweat rash. I probably would not have received the rubbing sores if I had adhered the forms, but then I would have ended up with a ring of little subsurface breaks ("hickey") from where the glued form pulled away from the skin. I was, though, reminded of the difficulties one can have with underwire bras.

I was keeping in mind the question of whether the form-increased-breasts were "getting in my way" or causing problems. The only bit that I noticed was that when I was on the bus and the person next to me had their elbow in my space, leading me to pull my right shoulder and arm forward, then I could not bring the arm in as tight to my chest because of the larger chest bulge. Over the longer term the solution would be to get that person to move over an inch so they weren't pushing into me.

I'm the same as you, I love wearing a bra and my forms, and yes sometimes I wish they were real. I joke about my wife would complain and say, "I can't wait to get home so I can get this bra off". I say, "I can't wait to get home so I can put my bra on". It's a big joke at the place I hang out, I don't do false nails or lashes or anything of that nature, but I buy my boobs and my hair.

I just started NBE using herbs two weeks ago, I'm not "yet" transitioning but do want to have "a little" development. Many say natural solutions won't work. Well, they do in my case so and I already got a good enough development. I'll be stopping in a week time until I know for sure I want to start transitioning.

My wife and I came up with a comfortable compromise. I'm 60 and have a bit of moobs (man boobs). We found adhesive bras at Target. They come in different cup sizes. I got a B cup. Then we get 38B padded bras and I fill out nicely. And the adhesive part has a nice weight. This winter it kept my chest warm too. Several times I regretted taking them off, partially because it was nice to have breast, but also it was cold when I removed them.

For me... and I'm full time in what I do... I've worn a bra for about three years now. Inside the bra is what nature has gifted me. I'm sure I'm less than A cup. I don't use forms because they seem fake to me, unnatural. But I have a desire and mental need to wear a bra. Yes... it can be rather uncomfortable at times, and I'm very happy at the end of the day to take it off. But the desire always returns and every morning I put a bra on without a moments thought.

great question. and i am going to refrain from reading others replies until after i answer. this is core of crossdressing imo. where do fantasy and reality meet?

i know sometimes for me what is ideal is better until it's real than it loses its power and value.

that said for the most part i'd rather go au natural and be flat or small chested then use any forms... although the few times i have padded it felt like it was taking dressing to a whole new level!

The potential harrassment that you can get or already gotten, yes, especially during childhood. Speaking for me, though. At the sametime you come to accept having them as you mature.

I've glued my faithful old forms on and worn them continuously for several days and I must admit to loving getting up in the mornings, putting on a wig and walking around the house without a bra wearing only a chemise and knickers. The movement and shape makes me feel very fem.
If however I had full size boobs of my own then the novelty could well wear off quite quickly. No I think I'll stick with the little bit of man boob I have for now and enjoy the best of both worlds.

I do wonder what it would be like to have real breasts. I agree with many others that it would be a problem most of the time. I have not yet purchased any forms, I have just been using push up bras with old shoulder pads from a discarded outfit. Creates the illusion I want. Any suggestions on where to get good quality / reasonably priced forms?

Instead of socks which don't form well try using balloons filled with water to the appropriate size you want. They look good, have the bounce and jiggle, and weight of a recall boob.

But yes I would love to have real ones. A big b or a small c looks great with my frame.

sexycindy

When I first started I used socks and a pair of boxers, but then bought some silicone breast forms but they didn't look that great (I bought a size way too big to be natural). Then a foam set to sleep in and now I have a more natural looking set of breast forms that have a clear strap so it is like having actual boobs.

Hi Jaclyn

To get a better ‘feel’ of boobs try rice in either old tights or something similar. The ‘packages’ can be shaped and moulded as you want them, and the amount of rice varied according to your size requirements. I think this is a useful step forward from socks (no weight) before spending out on forms.

I have used jello in place water little firmer and more natural feel if someone bumps your chest with there hand "accidentally" in close quarters, such as a bar etc. There is always the implant route for those with the money, which most of us lack.

Tell the doctor the new medication is not as effective, and could he put you back on the old one. If he mentions the "side effect" tell him you can live with it . Had a heart doctor put me on a med she said one side effect could possibly cause breast enlargement, I said wouldn't bother me I'll risk it. As you said "possibly" not definitely.

Like someone posted, it's not always greener on the other side. I guess it's true what they say the difference is between a CD and TS. A CD can't wait to get home to put a bra on while a TS can't wait to get home and take her bra off. I enjoy walking in the door and taking my bra off and letting the girls breath.

Damn I used to have man boobs before I lost mega weight and slipped down to a uk girls size 12 and I was so glad to get rid of them lol, really don't know how girls put up with them, i'm just happy to be finally flat chested, to be honest I wear a lot of tie in the middle tops and the way I tie them it looks like a got boobies anyway so I'm happy with that fake look, I'm quite happy with being a ford fiesta with a Ferrari body kit on lol hehe

I kinda wish there was some kind of magic button to have boobs, but just while dressed.
I imagine it would be less sweaty than 0.8kg of silicone during the summer LOL

I purchased breast form a few years ago. I am glad I tried them but they just sit in their box now. In my youthful exuberance I purchased ones that were too large I think.

I wear C cup bras that I don't fill, but still enjoy wearing them with some foam padding. Under a sweater or blouse it gives enough shape to make the sweater look ok but is still comfortable.

Even if it were socially acceptable for me to walk around with large natural breasts I think I would find them to be somewhat inconvenient after the novelty wore off.

Being a bloke I keep my boobs in a box with my bra for use only when indulging. I hate big boobs and a C-cup is my preferred maximum size. Pert little nipples I find very sexy and add plenty of form to any top worn over them.

Boobs are nice, everyone loves them. But as far as cross dressing goes, I would rather my equipment "down there" worked than take hormones to have boobs. It's all personal choice, of course, but that's my choice.

I use a silicon bra but I do wish that they were the real thing when I look in the mirror. I wish I was GG or fully post-op after seeing the disappointment.

Yes I wish I had real breast too. But if meant my equipment be permanently damaged, then silicone breasts would be just fine.

I have often wondered what it would like to have real breasts but I also am in a bit of a bind over what to use to look and impress like I have real one's. I currently am using balloons filled with water. I would like to know and find how to have better breasts or lookalikes as I would like to wear the appropriate clothing for summer rather than long sleeve or cover your chest style one's. Same for dresses.

Yes, absolutely!!!

Silly thought for today.... Surely we have enough engineers on here to be able to invent such a thing (I wish)!

What worked slightly better as a cheap alternative for me than balloons filled with water, were condoms filled with cheap hair gel. Condoms have been specifically designed not to pop and using hair gel instead of water ensures there's no liquid sloshing around in your breastforms.

Unfortunately still doesn't even come close to real breasts though.

I wear silicone forms when I dress, but recently, I attempted to mentally design some sort of temporary augmentation device. Unfortunately, I read a lot of information saying it was medically a bad idea. I let it go. I was thinking along the lines of saline inflatable bags with a tube to a hidden area and something similar to an IV catheter, but smaller. Eh, no biggie. I'm over it.

Implants are an option that would allow your equipment, "down there" to work, don't need hormones with implants.

Regarding this, does anyone know the timetables on visible chest growth and penile sterility? If, for example, it takes two months of HRT to see growth and three to go sterile, could one go on and off the meds to slowly get growth but not lose penile function?

Forms for me, but can't afford the really nice ones that look real, so my clothing choices are limited

I wear bras all the time since I have breasts that are starting to overflow my B cup bras. The great majority of time in public I present as a man, but no one has ever teased me for having breasts. About the only thing anybody has teased me about has been my deep masculine voice.

This was my posting (#43) that I made 08-17-2013.

Now less than a year later I am starting to outgrow my C cup bras. I have shoulder length hair and I wear makeup for business and church. It's fun for me when someone ma'ams me and then I reply with my bass voice that is a cross between Johnny Cash and Joe Friday of Dragnet. The person says, "Sorry, Sir".

Yes- most of the time I wish I did have real breast. Heck - I wish I had breast forms. Still haven't gotten up the courage to put the silicone types in the cart, let alone take the steps towards getting real breasts.

There are times where I would love to have my own breasts. I can't because of my job, but I also fight my own acceptance of my hobby, and I don't think my wife would ever accept that. I would love a set of breastforms but I can't seem to bring myself to spend that much for something I won't wear out of the house, so right now I just wear a padded bra that is one size too small and stuff.

At the end of the day, I just wish I could stay dressed all the time.
and sure I wish the boob were real at times, but in all practicality, they really would not work in my guy life.

maybe when and if I retire, I can dress more and feel more like myself. until then. just wishin and dreamin

Even though my herb-grown breasts make it impossible to go swimming in public without a top on, I still love having them. I get 24-hour a day pleasure from having my body more closely match who I feel I really am at the cost of only occasional inconveniences.

I can't go out as a guy anymore without some manner of binding or compression top. That kinda sucks when doing sweaty work in warm weather. Still, some kinds of compression underwear do a decent job of wicking away moisture without making me overheat.

I just realized this past week though that my girls make bumps even under a suit. Ah well. That's the price of body congruence.

If you are trying to live the best of both worlds, a really good pair of not overly large silicone forms can come very close to having real breasts. Mine have nipples and are shaped like a real breast (not round). When they warm to body temperature they feel very real. You have the look, the weight up top, and the jiggle. I love to sleep with mine on, it relaxes me and helps me go to sleep better.

Guilty as charged! The sadest moment I go through when I dress, is when I have to put my breast forms back in their box..
