View Full Version : Is It Safe?

So i know this will probably sound ridiculous but i am genuinely curious. I have found that when wearing women's underwear, everything down there is nice and comfy and secure. Then when i take them off and gravity takes a hold of them, the pain starts. Its not a permanent pain or anything. Just that dull ache you get when your bell is rung. So is it safe to actually keep the family jewels restricted or is it potentially messing with the vein structure in that region? I know it seems strange but i dont get that pain when things normally hang down or when they are being gently cradled by a pair of nice cotton panties. Its only after changing out of the panties. Does anyone else get this feeling or is it just me?

I can't say I ever got that feeling after changing out of panties. It should be pointed out you should never restrict blood flow to any part of the body. Are you wearing the panties really tight?

I can't help from a medical stand point but have seen similar issues raised with different types of men's undies. What I can say is that I don't have any pain other than the pain of the joy of dressing ending. You might like to experiment with how tight you tuck and whether after using the restroom you adjust comfortably.

They aren't really tight or anything. Just held in place by the material. huh, strange. It goes away pretty quickly after changing. Maybe they are just being held in place at a strange position that my body doesn't like. I am not tucking either. Should I be? From my experience it's not very comfy doing that. The family jewels are larger than average. I'll have to read through the 50 pages on tucking and see if maybe there is a method that works.

Pain is nature's way of saying "don't do that:slap:" So I would stop doing that. Remember the old joke...well it is true.

I to experience pain when wearing male underware, especially after my vasectomy. I now wear panties all the time because of comfort. I considerthem a light weight jock strap to keep things from getting bounced around.

You might also consider that you're having an allergic reaction to the material of the panties or a fabric softener. If you were wearing men's briefs before and you're not now wearing full coverage panties I suppose there could be a transient problem but none of this seems likely. Wash your lingerie by hand with a good plant based laundry soap. I use The Laundress for delicate clothes. It just takes minutes (and to tell the truth is kind of exciting all by itself, probably because it is so not what men do) then line dry.

I guess I'm just way out on a limb here but I totally guit wearing undies about twenty years ago. I felt strange at first but now it feels strange to wear men's briefs or panties. If i should have to go back to wearing them it would be panties only not the mens underwear. seem the ladies undies feel and actually are more comfortable to keep the family jewels in. Now with that said I do enjoy wearing panty hose and being nude underneath them or especially the thigh highs with a crotchless lacy garter. I don't tuck cause I am not trying to be a total woman but just wearing the clothing and looking like one in the mirror gives me lots of satisfaction and peace.

Never ever been a problem. Is there something else going on here?

That's what i was wondering. If there is something going on with my body then i definitely need to get that checked out.
I dont wear full coverage panties which may be an issue? They are low in the front. I find it really irritating when i get a pair only to get home and realize they are low in the front. I don't see how that would cause pain though. I just dont want to be overly paranoid if its nothing.

I find that tucking and wearing shapeware keeps my stuff in place. No need to ever "adjust - or shift" it is actually quite nice. tighty whites or boxers ane non supportive and every move causes a shift or fall out.....

When I had a doctors appointment, I would dig out a pair of my old "Hannis" boy wear.
I found it uncomfortable because all my parts would wiggle around, and "fall out"
through the trap door.
I just wear panties 24/7... even to the doctor, even he does not ask you to take
off your pants, just your shirt.

This is strange. I have never experienced pain or anything like that from wearing women's panties, even when I wear them with pantyhose. Of course, they feel good. And I love the sensation on my skin. But it shouldn't be painful. Maybe there is something medical going on that you need to get checked out. Or maybe they are just too tight.
I'd like to confirm what other posters have written here. When I wear men's underwear, my jewels tend to move around too. It doesn't happen when I wear women's panties. I guess they are more restrictive.

Eva I have and do experience the same thing you described and it's O.K., just a change in the nerves in that area from going from tucked or tight/supported to being pulled down by gravity. I have worn the same pair of panties and one day they feel like they are squeezing the B's and there is enough discomfort that I take them off and another day the same panties are comfortable all day???????? I have also wore bikinni panties that started to get uncomfortable, I pulled them down, tucked the B's and pulled the missle back between my legs, squeezed my legs together to hold everything in place while I pulled up the panties which gave me that nice flat front and they were comfortable the rest of the day???????? now go figure on that one???????? BTW with this tight tuck and flat front I felt quite feminine down there, now that's a really, really nice feeling for a CD.

Maybe you can try a bigger size, depends how much force you're putting up there, idk.

I've never had pain after removing my panties. Until I started wearing panties full time, I wore "tightie whities" (briefs) so perhaps my junk was used to being contained.

Are you tucking too severely.
Try a looser tuck.

I just wanted to update everyone on whats going on. As you know by reading earlier in this thread, I have been experiencing pain. Well I had an excuse (a more immediate one I should say) to go see a doctor. Last night, my son accidentally racked me rather hard and caused some severe bruising. I went to an urgent care center to get things checked to make sure nothing was actually damaged. While checking, they found a cystic lump that they told me I needed to get checked out by a certified urologist. The doctor said that it may be nothing at all but from the feel of it, it isnt a lymph node or anything like that, it is in fact a mass attached to the testicle.
So I guess I figured out where the pain has been coming from. I am going to make an appointment for next Tuesday or Wednesday but I could use some prayer, best wishes, or good vibes thrown my way for positive results.
Thanks all!
