Went to an event yesterday in totally guy mode and it felt weird.
Camo pants, camo t shirt and guy boots.
It seemed so strange because I can't tell you when the last time was I wasn't wearing something femme.
Got really hot during the day so I needed to put my hair up in a pony tail and all I had in my car was a pink/silver scunci LOL.
Well damnit I was hot so tied my hair back and put my cap back on.
I felt much better :D

I can do "guy" mode for weeks at a time if I have to. I recently did ten days. I was wearing panties, but otherwise "guy".

I'm all better today LOL
A wife of one of the guys who has only seen me as a mix of both genders made a comment "wow you look sooo different".
We still chatted pretty much all day.
I came back from my car with my hair in a pony tail and she said "cute scunci".LOL

Don't you just hate having going to those NRA pervert hunts? lol

I got invited buy some of our outside lawyers to go shoot clays and eat meat.... figured that their might be the chance the feminine guy might accidentally get shot so I declined... Apparently they felt bad I couldn't make it the sent me 4 Steelers tickets! :)

So glad you're all better today, gosh you have me thinking (yeah I know, that can be dangerous ha ha ) anyway, I haven't been in all day guy mode since before joining this site last May..... Really don't know how I would deal with it, much like you I suppose I would just be soooo uncomfortable. Thanks for the heads up, I think I'll just avoid the all day guy events.... lol

I know what you mean, Traci, those days definitely feel so weird! Had one of 'em recently when, en drab, I visited a men's room and realized I was standing at the first urinal I'd seen in ten days or more.

Do you do this one too? When en drab I'm constantly looking over my shoulder, hoping no-one recognizes me.

Hugs,
Persephone.

LOL Persephone never have done that I am disgusted even looking at a urinal ewww. Nobody ever recognizes me.

LOL Persephone never have done that I am disgusted even looking at a urinal ewww.

Well, I was sort of between a rock and a hard place. I was in required drab, bladder full, not close to home, and the commode area was filthy, so the urinal seemed the best choice.

Frequently my shapeshifting skills are good enough that I can pull off a gender change even when in drab, so I did debate using the lady's room, but the drab was so drab that even my best efforts wouldn't have successfully overcome it.

Bottom line, I understand your pain.

Hugs,
Persephone.

I know the feeling, Tracii. I get it every time I have to present as male. Hope that doesn't happen again for you any time soon!

I feel your pain too, girlfriend.I just got home from our big tour of the summer. An entire month of solid drab! Not even panties. The first week was the worst. After that it got a little easier, but everything seemed a little askew.Sure is good to get home and be Barbara again.Everything seems normal again.

Had to do drab for a few hours yesteday to visit redneck father in law. I truly felt that everyone was staring at me. First time in guy mode since early may, so it was really weird.

I felt out of place dressed that way absolutely hated the baggy pants but loved the deep cargo pockets.
I may go try to find some girls camo pants that fit tighter.

Ugh. I've got to do a day and a half month after next - half a day for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner, and a day for the wedding itself. I am dreading this, and will probably be pretty medicated to get through it. :( Hopefully I don't have a panic attack and run out screaming. (Thus the medication.)

I'll tell you this though - that will be the last goddamned time I present as a male again. I love my son and daughter-in-law. A lot. That's the only reason I'll put up with how painful this will be for me.

Of course, my wife is the wild-card in this. No telling what she'll do. Perhaps she'll be the one doing the freak-out.

I'm in exactly that situation. Wedding Sept. 7. I do not do well in drab. I get a racing heart, the runs, and have a tendancy to long crying fits. Hadn't thought of meds. I don't like them much, but it's a thought. Perhaps I'm overthinking this, but I'm really not looking forward to it. I'm hoping that by the time I've shaken a few hands, and said Hi to some aquaintances, I'll be OK.
All the best at yours.

It does feel weird to do that when you have to.
At least you can make a good switch over Tracii.
