I had it all planned out for today. A nice day on the town (well, a couple hours, it's hot here) as Linda. I showered, shaved, put on my foundation, and started getting everything ready.

Then the puppy started following me around and lying on my feet. Her "mommy" is out of town and she misses her.

Oh well, maybe tomorrow.

All my "pets" are capable of petting me back and they never lick my face or pee on the floor!

No, it's a six month old puppy. A Yorkie that sleeps in bed with us.

Thanks so much Kate. I really appreciate the compliment. :hugs:

I took a bunch of photos so I'll post more later. I went downtown, then to a park, then to the outdoor mall. Walking around was fine and nobody gave me a second glance even when I walked by a sidewalk cafe with people eating or at the mall.

Taking pictures of yourself is a different matter, especially using a mini tripod on the hood of the car, so I tried to wait until I was alone.

BTW: That's another of my "don't call attention to yourself" outfits.

Great to see you're getting out, despite the puppy's demands on your time! Cute outfit!

Hi Linda, I have a little black yorkepoo that is like my shadow if I stop suddenly she will run into me.

You are so natural and feminine looking I love the flats.

Its nice to see that you were able to venture out today. I hope that the puppy will not cause you any more grief. I have a wonderful dog who loves to walk. If I plan it well, we are able to walk early enough so that the neighbors are not arroused by the strange
lady walking her dog.

My immediate next door neighbor, who is also a friend, leaves for work around four in the morning. For the rest of them, they get up early to see their children off to the school bus stop or to drive them to school (or drive them two blocks to the bus stop but that's another story).

You never know who will be up and about at any time. The thing that would bother my wife the most is if a friend or neighbor saw me dressed and recognized me. Truth be told, it would be embarassing for me as well.

You will just have to take a sterner stance.
