while dressed in camisole,push up bra and a pair of short shorts am puttering around in the kitchen of my condo there is a knock on the door and without thinking I answered it.It was my neighbour,an attractive older woman that looked me up and down and said"Oh".She came in and we chatted for a bit.She said we would keep this as our little secret and tomorrow night is coming over for a bottle of wine and will do my makeup.I am happy!!!

Isn't it nice when you trust your neighbors not to be narrow minded. I'm out to several of mine. One loved to go shopping with me. The other just treats me as she would no matter what I have on. The rest don't seem to care either.

These days, I only put more on before opening the door if I am my top or bottom are naked or only in underwear. Not opening the door when I am topless is a "learned response" for me (now that I have breasts); fortunately I was not very prone to it before. Yes, I do open the door if I am in my (obviously women's) nightgown, or even if I am wearing something obvious (e.g., skirt or dress.) The parcel delivery people and my mailman have seen me multiple times; the Jehovah's Witnesses a month ago were not eager to stick around :D

Camisole and short-shorts and bra? I wear that out in public, in large busy cities :)

It could be that the very old couple across the street from me cannot see well enough to see me out and around. The neighbors near me who haven't seen me in obvious clothes are the ones who are seemingly never around. Not one of my neighbors have given me any trouble. I am, for example, called over to stand around and talk to the neighbors three doors down when they have their 4 year old and 1 year old out playing.

I don't open the door dressed (in female clothing). I look out to see who it is. If it's someone important or my neighbor who knows I'm at home by the vehicles in the driveway, I do a quick change and answer the door. If it's someone trying to invite me to their church or wanting me to buy a vacuum cleaner or have my driveway powerwashed, I just stay away from the door until they leave.

I don't think any of my neighbors would offer to help me with my makeup though.
