I have read a few threads in the archive about CDers/TG folk wanting advice about potentially getting a BA (breast augmentation)etc..

However, I was wondering if anyone here had looked into or gotten botox or any kind of facial fillers that some men get nowadays? ( who don't CD.)

I think they do tend to feminise a male face when I've seen men get those proceedures on TV.Although, maybe it's just because i'm so used to seeing women mostly with such proceedures done.

Plastic surgery is big business for all socio-economical and age groups of society around the Western world (and some other parts) nowadays. The proportion of males undergoing plastic is increasing too.

Personally I don't think I would get Botox yet (if at all), i'm 31, but I can start to feel the sagging of my cheeks and jowels (which I don't like en drab too.)I feel a more than little vain even thinking about this!

Has anyone got any or considered it and were you happy with the results? And did you feel it helped your image en femme?

I will just have to grow old gracefully.
If photographic modelling is your business then there are extenders such as Botox to make your career last a little longer.

Do they feminize the male face, or do they remove imperfections that will make a man look more attractive? You know that it is the most handsome men (the men who have good facial symmetry, no imperfections, and nicely shaped features) who will make the most beautiful women once you add a wig and makeup. :)

... I'm not a CD, but I'm afraid of having Botox injections. What if something goes wrong and I lose expression in my face, and what if things are worse when the Botox wears off?

Too much could go wrong when it comes to the face.I wouldn't do botox.

I feel I could probably use some help in trying to look less wrinkled. But most people that get botox look kind of freaky, like they can't move their face. Add to it plumped up lips and you start scaring children and small animals! Hugs Jaymee
