College girl in the Big Apple needs help!!

Hi girls! So, I recently moved to NYC and now I have roommates and everything. Of course, no one knows anything but I still want to be me. When i moved out of my house, i had to throw all of my pretty things away:( If anyone has any tips on meeting other CDs in the city, working up the courage to buy something here, coping with dressing whilst having roommates, or basically anything that could be of use, help a girl out!!

I remember when I would go shopping in guy mode to buy girls clothes and my heart started racing every time i walked into the girls section. Eventually you start to like the feeling and become more confident. Now I just act as if all is normal. It is scary to checkout with girls jeans, a bra, and some lace panties but just smile at them and be confident!

That is the key!

Once the checkout lady (who was about my age, and very attractive) asked if the underwear i was buying was for me (it was a lace thong and a lace cheeky)... I kind of panicked and couldn't think of what to say. Then she said, "I really wouldn't care either way" so i said "yeah they are, I think they're way more comfortable than the boring underwear they make for guys" and she was almost glad that i answered that way and said "yeah they are, and sexier too" and smiled.

I walked away with an amazing feeling of excitement and i was kind of glad that i was sort of accepted so i guess what i'm trying to say is just be proud of who you are.

My girlfriend supports me but we also live with one of her friends and she doesn't know about me. Just do it when you're alone and if you ever feel like it, you could let someone in on your secret.

being a nyc native and also went to college in manhattan, i would suggest the village and soho section as they are very tg accepting. lots of
tg friendly places to go. good luck :)
