Can anyone help me loose muscle definition in my arms!!! I use to work out a lot and now hate my arms. Any suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I've had that problem, too, because I tend to put on muscle very easily when I work out or exercise.

The only way to get rid of excess muscle in my experience is:

a) stop working out (I still do aerobic: running or fast uphill hikes)
b) lose weight. When men lose weight, they tend to lose muscle first. Which is a good thing in our situation. Of course, this is easier said than done, but it's doable.

You need to change your exercise regimen and watch your diet.
You can lose muscle tone but you do not need to replace it with fat.

Welcome Katie! Ok, not medical advice here, just my personal experience. I've had success in both reducing weight and muscle mass with a low carb diet and riding a bike for exercise. A lot of my work friends ride (and shave their legs too). They were the one's to inspire me to start riding a few years ago.
