This is what I'd wear on Halloween, if I were good enough to "pass" as a woman.. But just one thing: Doesn't she know the REAL MINNIE MOUSE wears yellow shoes???

Haha! Good point, Cynthia.. This just reminds me so much of Pam Halpert (the character played by Jenna Fischer) on "The Office".. If I ever decided to get HRT and "make some big changes", I'd want to be just like her :)

Some Black pantyhose or tights would help the overall look too IMO. Passing or not, it's halloween, I say you go for it :D

I could do this! Believe it or not, I already have a yellow shoe (a sort of wedge with a kitten heel).. A black leotard and tights will be easy to find, too.. It may be hard, though to find a red skirt with white dots on short notice...

That is a pretty costume idea. Add a pair of fishnet stockings and you are good to go girl!
