Thanks so much Kandy!!

I too feel like my life is finally on the right path!! I had been wrongly thinking for a while that choosing to transition was also choosing a life filled with loneliness and a lot of pain...I couldn't have been more wrong!! ... I've since discovered that this path is filled with so many wonderful supportive people with whom I share an immediate and deep connection...I finally feel that my life is filled with amazing and wonderful possibilities!!

Take Care,

Ashley :-)

Not the Salvation Army, they do not help or support trans people.

This is good to know they don't help trans folk.
I was told last week by one of our Tri ess members that there are some Baptist churches in the Phillippines that have posters on their church walls of Calgary Gay Pride Parade and it says on the poster Transexuals burn in hell with the word Satan posted above my friends picture.

I have not seen this myself but this member said the church is working on helping people to immigrate to Canada.

Ashley and I are friends and I can tell you she is a really nice person. Welcome aboard, girl!

Launa

I am not surprised that a church would post something like that, but I think they may have chosen the wrong country as the P.I. society in general is very accepting of their Bakla citizens.

Thank you so much Stacy!!! Every day seems so special now, I finally feel like I'm really living my life instead of just drifting along through it. I feel like a hamster who has finally got off the little wheel in the cage and ventured out into an amazing world!!
