My Halloween
I'm not new to dressing, but recently went out dressed for the first time. I went to a TG club in the Chicago area on Halloween. I got to dress as a cheerleader. I went all out too. I wore panties, bra w/breast forms, midriff, tights and cheerleading briefs. Of course I had a wig and did my makeup the best I could. I was passable, but I wish I could have done it better.

I was so nervous when I walked in. I figured there would be others dressed as cheerleaders and I was wrong. I was the only one.

At first I saw others staring at me and I even though everyone was a t-girl or man, I felt so out of place. I went to the bar and grabbed a beer. I sucked it down quick and grabbed another. At that point I was hit on by a creepy old guy and I had to tell him I am str8 or I guess a lesbian. lol. Then the bartender gave me a compliment and said she loved my outfit. I began to feel better about myself and being there.

Throughout the night I hung out with really cute passible t-girls who loved my outfit. One even wanted to borrow it. I received like 10 compliments about my uniform and makeup. One girl thought I was transitioning, which made me feel good about my makeup.

Just a side note, I really enjoyed acting feminine. There were times where I'd bend over because I had dropped something on the floor or had to tie my shoes and people could see up my skirt. I felt so provocative, even though cheerleading uniforms are meant to do that. Then when I went to the lady's room, I realized you could see through my cheer briefs. I was wearing white VS bikini-cut panties with pink butterflies. I didn't care, but I probably should have been wearing a solid color panty.

All in all, it was great night and I want to go out dressed again

In the absence of a pic, Mender I can only speculate on how good you looked in a cheerleader outfit. At age 33 you must have a seriously fine figure and what nicer outfit than a cheerleader? I adore them, had several until they were 'purged', which I now regret terribly.

It's also nice for you to have a CD-friendly venue to go to from where you live. Have fun. You've a lot of CD-ing years ahead of you!

Mender, Congratulations on going out dressed for the first time! As I like to say, Halloween is the cross dresser's favorite holiday! I was super busy for two weeks straight with all the events. My CD bf/gf went out dressed for the first time a year ago to a Halloween party at a gay club in DC. This year, I took a friend, Valerie, out for her first time to the DC High Heel Race. Though she knew it was a large event, Valerie didn't expect a crowd of many thousands! She placed in the top 10 and loved her first night out so much that she joined a group of us for dinner and drinks after the race!

Keep up the good work and forward energy and get out again for some girlie fun!

To being absolutely fabulous!

Sounds like it was a really fun evening, Mender! Most T's seem to be pretty accepting if it looks like you're trying with your outfit, etc.

Any chance of u posting a pic here so we can see what u looked like? Your outfit sounds really cute. But, some of us, (me), have very little imagination! U can add a "Reply" below with pics if u have any?

It takes practice and guts together to go out early in your career.
Good for you.
