It seems that as I continue to CD and wanting to start my transition (there are still some things that are holding me back in starting the process). I would look at GG's that I work with and in the general public and I get the feeling of envy and jealousy in how they look. I begin to wish I could look like the GG's I see and been born as a women. Has anybody else experienced the feeling of jealousy and/or envy? Any advice in helping me to overcome these feelings?

I can't say that I've felt jealousy, but most definitely have had envy pop up from time to time while
seeing an attractive women. I've started noticing though that I'm looking, and learning what in particular it is about them that I find most attractive, and trying to apply it to myself.
I have the experience the other way around. It's not as much jealousy as admiration though. I'll see a slender guy in a nice suit, and it just gets me more motivated to get myself into shape and loose some weight.
I'd say Hell has the right idea. See what it is you like about them and try to apply it to yourself :)

If you want to overcome these feelings of wishing you were in their social role then transition to the female sex and do whatever it takes to make your body look the way you want it to. Then you also must learn how to live a life as a woman, most women have their entire lifetime to do this but you need to learn as quickly as possible to fit in socially. It is a lot of work and it takes time, but you'll see girls here on these boards who have done it, it is possible.
