So far in the '06 I am CD free. I know its only 4 days deep, lol. Had plenty of time to do it too, wife is gone right now and won't be back until late. I've got a run of the whole house, but.

Just not feeling it I guess. Something is different this time and I don't know what it is. There seems to be no stress. Now how long this is gonna last, who knows, but it does feel kind of good to be away from it for a sec. One day at a time.
I have never really stopped for any extended time before, and I used to be a daily dresser.

That made me laugh. You haven't noticed by now how few of the ladies here know how to spell properly or use correct sentence structure? :D (Honestly I'm not trying to offend anyone here, but it's true, there's some posts I can't even read) (sorry again, not trying to hurt any feelings here)

Oh Ryan: If you honestly think you can quit it all, then good luck to you.

Do not do anything rash like throwing away your wardrobe. It costs too much to replace once you have it. Follow your path but remember, people who are lost, often go in circles. Having said that, we may see you again.

I was going to say the same thing as Rikki, don't throw your clothes out. Put them away somewhere safe and then forget about them. We can guaranty you will be back. You are young, learn to deal with it and get on with your life. Face the facts, you crossdress, figure out how to live with it not without it.

I'm finding you can a little ways a lot of the time, a long ways some of the time, regrettably WAY over sometimes (I'll not elaborate  ). I think it's possible to have some of these nice things and feelings and still be a guy, just not the stereotypical one. That's not a good way to go anyway.

Sometimes the best thing is go give it up. And the best way to do that is to give it all to charity. Crossdressing was a problem for me several years ago, I gave all of my clothes and shoes to charity. Threw my makeup away. I gave my Amoena breastforms to the breast cancer center at a local hospital. Some women have insurance that won't pay for forms, or don't have insurance.

When you have nothing, it's hard to fall back into the same old patterns. If in a few years things may change for you, you can always go back to dressing. The important thing is to do what you feel best about doing.

Warm regards,
Christina Nicole

Well......thats a heck of a way to start the new year!!! Ok, ok....I just read his/her profile and she/he is just a kid. I can remember me at 18 (girdles and stockings were the rave) :D I really didn't know what was going on with me except I loved to dress in womens clothes. I really thought no one else in the world did this. I felt like a freak! I joined the Navy and just before I left for boot camp I did the same thing. I swore off the girlie things....rejected anything that had to do with dressing. I WAS THRU FOR GOOD. Yeah.....right......41 years later.....probably 500 pairs of panty hose, many many panties, etc.etc. etc. I know who I am now. I accept that and enjoy myself. So Ryan if you are reading this (and if I were quiting I wouldn't be) best of luck my young person. Go slow......You are not alone.......and it wouldn't be a bad idea to take an evening course in spelling. :D Or maybe you could teach us this new language you seem to have mastered. Remember none of us are perfect. We all have little character flaws. If we were perfect......well... we sure as heck wouldn't be here.;) Wow Tamara how many different languages do you speak? Good job girl!

Well, I'm 24, turning 25 soon and I've already purged my items twice!!! You may want to think about it before hand because it does get costly. I did it when I was in college and let me tell you, it was hard to buy stuff again especially when you have to pay for tuition and books!! Heh heh, I did buy two pairs of heels though one time instead of buying books for a class. I ended up having to borrow my friend's books after she read them. Now, I'm back dressing for about three years now since the second time I gave up. I'm here for good! I know it's going to be a part of me for the rest of my life and I'm not going to get down on myself for it. You'll definitely be back in some way, shape or form. Whether it be wearing panties again or full on buying a complete wardrobe.

I respect ya:thumbsup: and applaud you:clap: in my case I started collecting pantyhose from a young age(12)from family female friends that I knew.I thought I had given up on it but I have not because I see that it's ok to be who you want to be and when you want to be,sometimes it's hard to let go but there are reasons far beyond the dresses and the whole lifestyle, take care hate to see you go but you know what it's:cool:
