2013, Wow!

The unexpected year that transformed me into who I am. And to top it all off I just had the best birthday and Christmas of my life. Christmas morning, I proposed to the love of my life and she said yes! And this past weekend we celebrated my birthday and our engagement with some of our closest friends. Blessed isn't a word that I would normally use, but I'm not sure how else to describe how I feel.

Over the past year, I've lost almost 90lb and also have found balance and happiness in my life though spiritual practice and exercise. I've stopped many bad habits and started good ones. As far as my CD'ing goes, I went from never having even seen myself transformed and being too scared to tell a soul, to now having had many experiences beyond the confines of home and coming out to almost everyone that matters. I spent my birthday en femme, with friends that had not yet even seen me dressed and everyone was graciously accepting.

2014... I am feeling optimistic that it will be even better as I move into the future with my true love and carrying over all the positive energy that 2013 had!
