Last night I was home alone and decided to dress up fully head to toe. I had on my black leggings my black flats my favorite pink thong and a pink lacy top along with pink bustier underneath..it's a little cold up here in ct so I did have my regular coat over it and wanted to go for a walk around the block. I love in a fairly decent area downtown and during my walk there was no one in sight. The last street before I got home I had to pass a younger guy who sort of have me a double take and then in a nice tone said "hello" I answered in my best girl voice back hi and quickly walk home. I wish I had said more. Anyone else do any late night walks? It was so exciting

I used to, but it can be very scary. I'll stick to daytime now :)

Yes but would prefer daylight now since its safer.
Which around here is a little difficult to come by since its dark at 3pm!
summer is good though, almost 24 hr daylight so can go where you want and not meet people if you dont want to.

I think it depends on the place you are, some places at night not an issue, other places..... I wouldn't go no matter how I was dressed.

I can only encourage all of you to NOT do this. It is very unsafe to do this alone. I have several friends who've been raped. They were lucky - they weren't murdered. The problem is, if you "pass" for a rapist, and then they discover what's in your panties, they are like as not going to kill you - or rape you extra savagely, and then kill you.
Don't do this.

Sounds like fun I live in rural area 10 houses on 6 mile road so safety is really not an issue but if you feel secure in your neighborhood then enjoy.

I love to go for late-night walks. Right now, though, it's 10 degrees outside and the wind is blowing. I think I'll wait until Springtime so I can go out an sneeze all the way.

I turned into a 'day walker' some time ago. I rarely go out at night unless I'm either walking to the club or walking around with friends.
Although the night may be attractive to hide in the shadows, others like it for the same reason... safety first.

Night time walks are great; However it is only 6:30 PM and it is -16.
You would become a statue of frozen bliss before you got home.

As others said, it's much safer to tak daylight walks. I personally prefer busy places, because secluded areas are where the wild things are.

I know many of you think it is better to walk at night, as the night darkness hides some of your imperfections. On the other hand if you walk in busy places in the daylight you are safer and if you really take notice, people are not looking at you, they are moving from A to B with their own concerns on their minds.

Daylight walks with a crowd around is better.
Less likely to be spotted as the deer in the headlights.
Watch those damn deer in Florida, they are expensive if you hit one. :)

I would not go out walking at night dressed and alone. Unless it was in a crowded mall.

Yeah... dangerous. If you were a GG would you go for a late-night walk alone? This is another case where fantasy sounds better than the reality.

I've done it, albeit in a very safe environment - the campsite where I used to stay while working away from home.
It is lovely if you can do it safely.

Many years ago I was looking kinda good for me and decided to take a late night walk. I had almost the same scenario as you did Bianca. After we passed each other I kinda looked over my shoulder and could tell that he turned around and started following me. I walked a ways and then turned up the side sidewalk of a strangers house and cut through their backyard. I could see from a couple hundred feet away that he stopped in front of that house. I'm thinking that he thought I lived there. I then proceeded to my home without further incident. Over the years I've had a few other incidents similar to that one but please heed everyone's warnings and be careful!

I have done late night walks but never so close to home.
Day time outings are safer and scarier all at the same time.
At first any way.

I walk my dog most every night. Last week it was still cold here but I took a layered approach and had leggings underneath my skirt. My winter coat covered up most of my skirt. Around here, if it's cold no one ventures out at night. That makes it ideal for me to go out.
The dog didn't seem to care what I was wearing.
