I know that this isn't a big deal but it felt so right. I love riding a bike for exercise and in the winter it's difficult to go out doors. I usually go to the fitness center to ride. I finally got an indoor exercise bike and this morning I got up, put on a sports bra and my bike shorts (over panties) and rode. What a great feeling to be femme during exercise.

Now all I have to do is work up the courage to wear a sports bra when I ride outside and wear one underneath my T shirt when I lift weights. Oh well, small steps.

Who else tries to be femme when exercising?

I do. I love to exercise in a matching pair of tights and sports bra. I wear sloch socks and Reebok Freestyle sneakers. I feel so femme exercising this way. I have occasionally gone out for walks dressed this way after dark, which I really enjoy! Do you wear female sneakers to exercise as well?

Something I haven't done, but certainly might no... I hadn't even thought about (largely cuz I don't excercise much now)/

I referee ice hockey thought, and have worn tights under my uniform... Stayed nice and cozy. :)

I haven't worn female sneakers since I have a rather large male foot making it difficult to get some off the rack.

:bs: Definately!!! I'm really in to working out and have a lot of workout equipment at home. Besides panties which I wear everyday now I wear guy stuff when I go to the gym but when I'm at home I have some womens athletic apparell. athletic pants that are really tight on the butt, low rise yoga pant's, sports bras, and athletic hoodies. :)

This past week I went bike riding at a public bike path. I wore my girl's sneakers, size six and one half, they are much easier to find than men's size five and one half. I also wore a girl's "T" back shirt with a built in sports bra. Wearing this shirt it was obvious that I shave my chest and underarms. I stopped and talked to several people and no one commented. It was a real thrill for a dresser. Next I am going to buy a pair of girl's bike shorts.
