I just had a great experience that brought a smile to my face :-D - Me and a girlfriend from work went out to lunch. I am still in guy-mode while at work but several times our server said "How are you doing ladies, or is there anything else I can get for your ladies?" OMG! Just feels amazing that this is happening more and more for me when I am not even trying and shows that what I am doing IS working even though I do not see it most of the time. Just wanted to share my happy moment for the day

The Co-worker knows about me and is VERY supportive. I did come out to my HR department recently about my plans to transition, so there are a few others that know as well until it goes out throughout the whole company. My friend was not surprised to hear I was calld Ma'am since she already thinks I am passable? She was like - OMG will you just go full-time already! LOL
