I got a new job title last week.
TIT specialist. It stands for Telecommunication,Information Technology specialist.
I am also a BUTT specialist. Building universal transmission trunks.
We use BRAs a lot at work too. Broadband remote access servers and basic rate access - phone system.
We use Pantys (a form of cable tie) to tie wires together.
I can tell my wife with all authority I am aTIT and BUTT specialist and am allowed to play with bras and pantys at work.
She just shakes her head and say TIT is an apt description of me..Best wishes to everyone on Australia day...Ellie

have been a "TIT" specialist and "BUTT" specialist most of my life, we must have a different pay scale over here though.
also played with bras and panty's and it just doesn't pay the "BILLS" ......

I assume that no women work where you are... These names seem like they will cause trouble one day.

That's cool. The communication and electrical field have all the cool sub names for the actual tools of the trade.

Elle,
There is a greater play on words and acronyms in Australia than any other country I have visited.
Many people in the US do not understand Australian humor either.
The East coast seems totally humorless to me sometimes.
Folks do lighten up in California, must be the weather. :)

Bev so true.
I once wanted to be in tne SWAT
SWAT (Special Weapons and Tactics) officers are members of highly trained paramilitary units that tackle situations beyond the capability of conventional police ...
but they said I was a TWAT.
TWAT ( Tactical Weapons and Training.)
I said Im not a TWAT, but everyone disagreed so I left.....Ellie

It's the frigid weather (at least here in the northeast). ;)

I've been to Australia on Australia Day! Had a great time in downtown Sydney and walked on the top of Sydney Tower.
