Morning friends.

Doesnt it feel right when you set all aspects of your life to your right srs goal and beyond.
This is how I feel. I finally feel - right. The therapy, endo, friends, life. It is all better than it has ever been. My body is even excercising after years being overweight. I am in a great place.
This is step one.
At my therapists questions the one thing that i want to share and see what your opinions are about it. She asked me about my childhood and I told her about that one moment when a close friend broke his arm falling out of a tree. I remember wanting to hug him and make him better. This has cemented in me the believe that I must help others as well.
Is this part of being a girl. To nurture the world. To be a mommy for our husbands, boyfriends, daughters and family. Our friends.

I don't know if that is what it means to be a mom. It might just mean that you are a caring person and want to take care of people. Whatever you figure out for you is right, if it fits you that is what matters.

Sounds to me it is what it is like to be human. To help others is a noble quality.

I don't know if that is what it means.

I do know only good can come from helping others. Some we help with words of encouraging, and some we help with just a shoulder to cry on.

There's my 2 cents that with five bucks will buy you a coffee at Starbucks.

Good morning Chrissy. The ability to empathize or be sympathetic to those you care about is not necessarily just a female trait in my opinion. Sounds to me like you wanted to do what a good friend should want to do... when we can't ease the pain or suffering, at least we can show we care.

My friends growing up probably would have laughed, and in fact, when I fell out of a tree that's precisely what they did on a few occasions. But then again, I didn't break anything... so I laughed about it too.
