typically a form letter is addressed that way when sending out in bulk. I doubt they have any actual knowledge. But its nice to think they consider you in that way

I'm struggling to see how the generic way the likes of utility companies and other large corporations address generic letters to householders has anything to do with the subject of crossdressing?
