Have fun. The first time I did this I had the biggest and best validation ever. My therapist didn't even recognize me from two feet away after opening the door. She stood there and said "can I help you"? She recognized me when I started to speak and realized I was there for my session.

I don't think my therapist saw me as a man but one time. I had come straight from work. That was the time he started asking me what I was waiting for.

I would not make this the last but a trend. If you are opening yourself up, you should be able to be yourself. For individual therapy, my therapist only sees Sue. Unfortunately, for group I am rushing from work.
