So, we got a table from one of my dad's friends today and as I was hauling the chairs into the kitchen my dad apologizes to the guy and says 'Sorry for the mess but he's been doing laundry all day...'
It took me a minute to realize that he was talking about me!
I've not 'officially' come out to my dad as being transgender or asked him to call me a 'he' so you can probably see why this was so surprising! =^-^=
He didn't even realize that he did it!
But I did. And it made me so happy! I wonder if that means subconsciously I'm coming across as a man to him??

Either way Len, seems like you're happy about it, and that's what counts :)

The first time we are gendered correctly is such a milestone. Maybe it's the right time to come out.

Yep, that's what it means, hon! Congrats - I'm really happy for you!
Little things like this are so wonderful, aren't they?
Of course, he may make a gender mistake or two in the future, but you know where his heart it!
