One Year on HRT

One year ago today I started HRT. I still have a long way to go physically but mentally I have never felt better. This past year has not been easy but it has been very rewarding and I have never questioned whether it was the right thing to do. It's amazing how clear everything is once the dysphoria goes away.

Steph, in my eyes (those of someone yet to tread the path), the mental aspect is the most important one. To have never felt better is where you should be. I am happy for you and hope you get to where you want to be physically in and easy path.
