Solo Night Out

I went out to my LGBT 12 step group in the Castro tonight . It was nice evening with no mishaps. I am at home now in my night gown, the wig amd make up are off. I feel like it has been a long journey but it's really only been a year. A year ago that I told my wife that sometimes I wanted to be a girl. I never dreamed I would have a part time life as Suzanne. Why can't that be enough? Ok no whining! I am so blessed and lead an extravagent life. I am attaching a few pictures my friend took for me. New boots and sweater!

I don't get the impression your life is extravagant in a bad way - I don't think you should feel the least bit bad about either being contented with what you have now, or even wanting a little bit more!

Suzanne I've been a member of a few 12 step groups myself over the years. I think the fact that you are being true to yourself is most likely going to be one of the biggest steps in your road to recovery. Having been a friend of Bill myself I'm quite familliar with the term "To thine own self be true".

I'm glad everything's going so well for you and I pray that it continues to do so. You look so happy in all your pics :)
